Please arrive to your lash appointment (extensions and lifts) with a fresh, clean face. Make up removal takes extra time and will cut your service short, which will result in less lashes being applied. Make up residue or strip lash glue left on the natural lashes can also negatively impact the retention of lash extensions. When your natural lashes are dirty, they may not develop the lash lift solution as much, which will result in lashes that are not as lifted as they could be.

We offer complimentary patch tests for guests who are concerned about an allergy, or who have had an allergy to eyelash extension adhesive in the past. 5 lash extensions are placed on each eye, with two different types of adhesive. If there is no allergy or sensitivity within 48 hours, a lash service can be booked.

If applied properly, lash extensions do not damage your natural eyelashes. Extensions are applied to lashes in a 1:1 ratio. Using this technique, extensions will not be clumped together and will fall out when the natural lash sheds.

Eyelash extensions will fall out when the natural lash sheds. It is normal to lose 3-5 per day. They are more noticeable when they fall out because the extensions bonded to your natural lashes are thicker and darker.

A lash lift lasts 4-6 weeks.

Lash extensions will last between 2 to 4 weeks depending on your lifestyle and your own natural lash life cycle. To maintain the fullest look, refills are recommended every 2 weeks.

A full set of lash extensions typically takes between 1.5 to 3 hours to apply. The exact duration depends on the type of lashes being used and the number of natural lashes the client has. It takes longer because we meticulously isolate each natural lash before applying extensions to ensure precision and avoid any damage to your natural lashes.

We do not recommend doing an eyelash extension removal and a lash lift in the same day due to all of the products around the eye area in a short amount of time. We recommend waiting 24 hours.

We recommend waiting at least 24 hours to do a full set after a lash removal. If there is residue left behind after the removal process, the retention of the extensions will not be the best.
